In just eight months two years Benefits Guru has established position of authority as an independent technical resource to support advisers and employers. We have many more new services planned to help advisers and employers, but obviously we need to grow our team to support this and we are looking for another wonderful person to join us as a technical expert.

The right individual will of course be passionate about workplace pensions & savings and will love getting into the detail of what different providers do and don’t offer their members.

This role needs somebody with at least three years experience working within a corporate advice firm or EBC, either as a technical administrator, or other support role that involves really understanding workplace pension schemes and particularly a detailed understanding of pension providers charging structures. Alternatively, you may have worked as an adviser but don’t feel that the customer facing part of the job is for you.

Excellent IT skills are essential as is the ability to be highly organised. You will need to take ownership of situations to make sure jobs get done on time and to the highest possible standard.

Where you live isn’t a issue as we all work remotely now and will continue working from home even after the current restrictions end. This means location doesn’t need to be a barrier. Obviously, we will be bringing the team together regularly when we can so you need to be able to get to Central London for 11:30 on a Wednesday morning once a week and get to our monthly team building meetings at luxury hotels.

Salary for the right person will be between £40,000-£45,000 a year plus performance related bonus (which can be upto 30% of salary p/a) and a generous benefits package including private health and group income protection.
